At the Ligna 2005 in Hanover, the TZ 01 table-top corner former was presented. It was developed from a specific task for 135\u00b0 corner shelves. It was specially designed for processing corners on135\u00b0 angles for moving workpieces, for example corner shelves\u00a0<\/strong>was planned. This was followed at the end of 2006 by the MZ 01 135V technology study as a mobile all-rounder with\u00a0variable angle adjustment and two working areas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

A series of mobile corner formers were derived from this. I<\/strong>n March 2007, the corner former MZ 02 90F RBT H was presented, which\u00a0Separate\u00a0<\/strong>of edge strips with flush milling and radius milling<\/strong>\u00a0combined in one device. Sales of the MZ 02 135V corner former started in August 2007, followed by the MZ 02 135F corner former in December 2007 and the MZ 100 90F corner former in March 2008. This was followed by the MZ 02 90F special device for edge rounding, which is an alternative to purchasing an expensive copying unit on an edge banding machine. These mobile machines are equipped with a compressed air motor.<\/p>

The MZ 100 90F universal device can be used with an electric drive to precisely process the corners in a single operation and to remove and round off the edge protrusions on the top side.<\/p>

After the external corner, the internal corner took centre stage in close customer contact from 2010. The MZ 02 90F A corner former is used to sharpen the inside radii in 90\u00b0 inside corners. If edges then need to be glued, an edge banding device is available for this purpose, which enables gluing from the inside inner corner using special pressure elements.<\/p>

Innovative machines with property right potential are developed. The products presented on this homepage are comprehensively protected by industrial property rights.<\/p>
