We have a current, modern robotic arm from the class of co-operation-capable\u00a0Assistant robot\u00a0<\/strong>tested: UR10 from Universal Robots. This robot was made available to us by the company MultiProfil GmbH from Verl\/Kaunitz. Result<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Positive:<\/strong>\u00a0The UR 10 robot can be operated without any other mechanical aids.\u00a0groping! milling<\/strong>. For this purpose, the radial and axial contact with the workpiece takes place in the so-called FORCE command.<\/p>

Negative:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0Feed uniformity<\/strong>\u00a0and the guidance of the milling cutter does not have the necessary precision. Pre-milling is possible, but finish milling is currently only possible with limited quality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For\u00a0Joineries and special construction departments<\/strong>\u00a0with a high number of variants and low quantities will be available for special machining tasks for the foreseeable future.\u00a0There is no economically viable alternative to man-operated tools.<\/strong><\/p>

If the number of units is larger, for example\u00a0Supplier companies<\/strong>Both the programming and operation of robots is getting closer to commercial use than is currently generally perceived.<\/p>

It is therefore worth investigating possible applications here<\/strong>.
