Hannoverin Ligna 2005 -messuilla esiteltiin TZ 01 -p\u00f6yt\u00e4mallinen kulmamuokkain. Se kehitettiin 135\u00b0 kulmahyllyjen erityisteht\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4. Se on suunniteltu erityisesti kulmien k\u00e4sittelyyn135\u00b0 kulmat ty\u00f6kappaleiden siirt\u00e4miseen, esimerkiksi kulmahyllyille\u00a0<\/strong>suunniteltiin. T\u00e4t\u00e4 seurasi vuoden 2006 lopulla MZ 01 135V -teknologiatutkimus, joka on liikkuva monitoimilaite, jossa on seuraavat ominaisuudet.\u00a0muuttuva kulmas\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6 ja kaksi ty\u00f6skentelyaluetta.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

T\u00e4st\u00e4 johdettiin sarja siirrett\u00e4vi\u00e4 kulmanmuodostajia. I<\/strong>Maaliskuussa 2007 esiteltiin kulmamalli MZ 02 90F RBT H, joka on entinen\u00a0Erillinen\u00a0<\/strong>reunanauhojen tasajyrsint\u00e4 ja s\u00e4dejyrsint\u00e4<\/strong>\u00a0yhdistettyn\u00e4 yhteen laitteeseen. MZ 02 135V -kulmamuokkaimen myynti alkoi elokuussa 2007, MZ 02 135F -kulmamuokkaimen myynti joulukuussa 2007 ja MZ 100 90F -kulmamuokkaimen myynti maaliskuussa 2008. T\u00e4t\u00e4 seurasi MZ 02 90F -erikoislaite reunojen py\u00f6ristykseen, joka on vaihtoehto kalliin kopiointiyksik\u00f6n hankkimiselle reunanauhakoneeseen. N\u00e4iss\u00e4 siirrett\u00e4viss\u00e4 koneissa on paineilmamoottori.<\/p>

MZ 100 90F -yleislaitetta voidaan k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00f6isell\u00e4 laitteella kulmien tarkkaan k\u00e4sittelyyn yhdell\u00e4 kertaa sek\u00e4 yl\u00e4puolen reunan ulkonemien poistamiseen ja py\u00f6rist\u00e4miseen.<\/p>

Ulkokulman j\u00e4lkeen sis\u00e4kulma nousi keskeiseen asemaan tiiviiss\u00e4 asiakaskontaktissa vuodesta 2010 alkaen. MZ 02 90F A -kulmamuokkainta k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n 90\u00b0:n sis\u00e4kulmien sis\u00e4s\u00e4teiden teroittamiseen. Jos reunat on sen j\u00e4lkeen liimattava, k\u00e4ytett\u00e4viss\u00e4 on reunanauhalaite, joka mahdollistaa liimauksen sis\u00e4puolisesta sis\u00e4kulmasta erityisten paineelementtien avulla.<\/p>

Kehitet\u00e4\u00e4n innovatiivisia koneita, joilla on omistusoikeuspotentiaalia. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kotisivulla esitellyt tuotteet on suojattu kattavasti teollisoikeuksilla.<\/p>

Auf der Ligna 2005 in Hannover wurde das Tischger\u00e4t Eckenformer TZ 01 vorgestellt. Es entstand aus der konkreten Aufgabenstellung f\u00fcr 135\u00b0 Eckregalb\u00f6den.
