misurazione e la modifica<\/h4><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_description\"><p>La produzione di parti e pezzi con tagli liberi e forme non lineari comporta spesso un grande sforzo. D'altra parte, la progettazione dei pezzi sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante per una presenza di successo sul mercato.<\/p><p>Finora si \u00e8 fatto ricorso alla tecnologia CNC e agli strumenti di lavorazione manuali tradizionali. Il sistema di navigazione degli utensili adotta un nuovo approccio. Combina la flessibilit\u00e0 dei metodi di lavoro tradizionali con elementi della tecnologia CNC. Ci\u00f2 consente di lavorare in modo preciso e veloce per la lavorazione guidata a mano, aprendo cos\u00ec nuove possibilit\u00e0 di progettazione.<\/p><p>Il navigatore per utensili fa parte del sistema modulare SERVO del Dr. Christoph He\u00dfler Maschinensysteme. \u00c8 costituito da un software e da un computer tablet disponibile in commercio, attualmente preferibilmente con sistema operativo Windows.<\/p><p>Per tracciare e modificare un contorno, un file CAD viene caricato sulla tavoletta tramite chiavetta USB o WLAN. Il contorno o i centri di foratura possono quindi essere marcati o incisi a mano sul pezzo in lavorazione con una penna da disegno o una penna per marcare. Per garantire la massima precisione, l'area di lavoro della tavoletta pu\u00f2 essere ingrandita e adattata alle esigenze individuali.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1185945 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1185945\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Se si desidera lavorare direttamente, al posto dello scanner si utilizza una macchina di lavorazione, ad esempio un seghetto alternativo o una fresa. Il punto centrale di una fresa, ad esempio, viene guidato manualmente lungo una linea ausiliaria generata automaticamente dal software. \u00c8 sufficiente inserire il diametro della fresa.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00c8 anche possibile posizionare un cerchio o un rettangolo su un pezzo in base a distanze predefinite senza un file CAD creato in precedenza e quindi marcarlo o lavorarlo direttamente.<\/p><p>In modalit\u00e0 di misurazione, si utilizza una penna di misura o un mirino per tracciare punti definiti individualmente e salvarli come coordinate. I punti possono essere salvati singolarmente o come tracciati per poter essere elaborati in un sistema CAD esterno o su un centro di lavorazione.<\/p><p>Il sistema di misura \u00e8 fornito come parte del sistema modulare SERVO, compresa l'elaborazione a microprocessore.
