Dit betekent dat het altijd bij de hand is wanneer je overschakelt naar hoekbewerking. De grote handgreep in combinatie met de grote werkstuksteun zorgt voor een veilige geleiding.<br>Longitudinale randbewerking kan worden uitgevoerd met overhang van de rand. De instelkraag kan worden aangepast aan het niveau van de grote steunplaat in de richting van de gereedschapsas. Hierdoor wordt het ondersteuningsoppervlak van het werkstuk vergroot. De spaan- en grijperbescherming wordt omhoog gebracht naar de werkstukondersteuning. Hij steekt uit over de frees en in de afzuigadapter. De aandrijfeenheid is echter absoluut spelingsvrij bevestigd via de oranje spanhendel. Het is in geen enkele bedrijfstoestand mogelijk om de frees met de vingers aan de aandrijfzijde aan te raken. Dit betekent veiligheid.<br><br><strong>De schakelaarpositie aanpassen<br><\/strong>De positie van de aan\/uit-schakelaar kan 4\u00d790\u00b0 worden gewijzigd voor elke invoerpositie, waardoor in- en uitschakelen eenvoudig is. Als de aandrijfeenheid met de frees wordt verwijderd, blijft de invoerpositie zeer nauwkeurig behouden.<br><br><strong>Druklagerrem<br><\/strong>De ge\u00efntegreerde rem remt het druklager af voordat het in contact komt met het werkstuk. Er worden geen aanloopsporen of remsporen gevormd. De rem is zo ontworpen dat het druklager kan rollen zonder sporen achter te laten na contact met het werkstuk.<br><br><strong>Stevige constructie<br><\/strong>Afgezien van de aandrijfeenheid is de hoekvormer vervaardigd zonder gegoten metalen onderdelen. Er worden massieve materialen gebruikt die worden bewerkt door middel van draaien, frezen of andere snijprocessen.
