The Accuraata AC 200S edgebander can be used to glue thin and thick edges precisely and conveniently. It only weighs around 2.5 kg and is therefore very easy to handle.

No other edgebanding device makes it so easy to glue edgebands right up to the inside corner. Together with the notching corner former, this results in a unique solution for 90° inside corners to be notched.

A patent has been granted for the Accuraata AC 200S edge bander. A key feature is the pressure pin. This is symbolised in the name Accuraata by the double a, Accur "aa "ta.

Some practice is required to achieve good gluing with the Accuraata edge bander. The first attempt is usually not successful. We therefore offer a test for commercial users in advance.

• Adjust the lower guide jaw to the panel thickness.
• Insert the edge band and fix the guide elements.
• Guide the front of the edge band up to the workpiece.
• Use level 1 to blow air into the gusset for about 30 seconds.
• Switch off the hot air blower.
• Press on the pressure pin about 20 mm before the corner and push it into the corner.
• Glue from the corner using level 2 and roller pressure.
