Problem

Solution
The edge cutter was specially designed to fit into existing beveling narrow sides to chamfer a radius. For machining, there are versions available for the pointed and the blunt side.
The milling set consists of two milling cutters with one guide bearing with a guide ring on each.
How it works
- The edge cutter is inserted into an existing bevel.
- The lower the edge overhang is, the better the milled surface is.
- A radius is milled into the slope.
- The feedstock guides the cutter along the edge.
- Depending on the workpiece, the design is used for the pointed or blunt side.
- The result is a cleanly rounded edge.
