To ensure the online shop template can be used legally in Germany, it has been adapted with the „WooCommerce German Market“ extension. This process automatically created some pages and adjusted content. We recommend first checking the WooCommerce settings in the backend, and then checking the pages themselves for correct content (e.g., contact details, tax and cancellation information).

Remove the notice „This is a demo installation...“
The notice „This is a demo installation. Any order placed in this shop will not be honored or fulfilled.“ can be hidden in the backend by unchecking „WooCommerce / Settings / Enable shop notice text across the website“.
What demo content is included in the shop?
The online shop template comes with several sample products in a sample category. The links in the menu are also customised for the demo. For a better overview, we recommend deleting the images for the sample products from the media gallery when starting the shop.
After setting up the online shop, this page can be deleted via „Move to trash“ in the editor. For menu customisation, the „Menus“ page is accessed in the backend under the „Design“ menu item.
