Problem
When cutting out wood CLT and particle board, round edges often appear in the interior corners. These radii must be removed afterwards so that the components fit together exactly.
Manual finishing with a punch press or a punch saw is time-consuming and often leads to inaccuracies, tearing, or unnecessary rework.
Solution
The MZ 02 90F A-L lightweight chipper enables the precise chipping of wood CLT directly on the workpiece. The machine removes the internal radii quickly, cleanly and reproducibly, creating precise internal corners for further assembly.
