Technical requirements
For operation, it is necessary to regularly supply compressed air equipment oil to the corner rounder. This can be done with sporadic use by directly pouring it into the corner rounder.
The oil can be applied by means of a compressed air connection plug or, in the case of continuous operation, by means of a maintenance unit set to 1 drop of oil per minute.

Working with the corner rounder:
This corner round is equipped with a maintenance-free guide that eliminates wobbling. It is positioned by lightly pressing the support arm onto the workpiece in a vertical position. There are round stops on both sides of the support arm, making the support position very comfortable to use.
The suction adapter is attached to two screws that point in the direction of the radius of the tool and are therefore called radial stops. In the lower position of the corner router, when the support base rests on the underside of the workpiece, the upper radial stop hits against the front edge of the workpiece. This ensures a fine and precise adjustment of the distance the tool should cut. The handling becomes safer and easier.
When the thrust bearing rolls over the front edge of the workpiece, the radial stops are lifted off the edge of the workpiece.
Thanks to the special design of the support disc, the pneumatic unit can be held very close to the workpiece. This results in a very good guiding sensation over the entire milling path.
The rollover path is also limited on the upper side by the associated lower radial stop.
In addition to better handling, the radial stops limit or prevent milling marks.
If the edge strip, over which the thrust bearing rolls, protrudes slightly over the top, the thrust bearing sinks down onto the top with the milling cutter. This can result in an unsightly depression on the upper side of the disc-side edge strip. The radial stop can prevent it from sinking. The same applies to the underside.
Can be used for right and left corners
The corner rounder can be used for both right and left corners. For a left corner, the corner rounder is simply turned and used exactly mirror-like. Modification or conversion is not necessary for this purpose.
